I am wondering how moms managed eating in the restaurants with infant twins (and a 3 1/2 year old!) at Disney World. My understanding is that you cannot bring strollers into the restaurants...looking for strategies so everyone actually gets to eat!

Hi, Jessica!   My kids didn't make their first trips to WDW until they were a bit older and were able to sit up in a high chair, so I chatted with my fellow moms to see what they did when their kids were babies.  Here were some of their suggestions:

-Bring the babies into the restaurants in their infant carriers.   Many restaurants have the stands that you can place the carrier into.
-Some moms used the baby slings where you carry the baby on your front.
-If not too crowded, and the cast members felt it would be safe, they occasionally allowed strollers into the restaurant (don't depend on this and look at it as a bonus if it happens!)
-You might have to take turns eating and holding babies.  I know this sounds difficult, but we moms are tough!
-Strollers are permitted in counter service restaurants, so if you really want your babies to just stay cozy in their stroller, stick with counter service.

When it is time to feed your babies, make sure to check out the Baby Care Centers located in each theme park.  These centers are wonderful for feedings and diaper changes.  Locate the center as soon as you enter each park.

I hope all this works out for you!  Have a great trip.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
