    I was wondering if my Magical Express reservation should show up under My Disney Experience My Plans tab, because so far my reservation does not show up in My Plans. Also will I still receive a reservation letter in the mail? Thanks.

    Hello there, Jennifer! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and asking your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question! 

    Disney’s Magical Express is the complimentary transportation from Orlando International Airport available to Guests staying with the Disney Resorts Collection. This service is a great way to avoid the headache of reserving a rental car or arranging for another form of ground transportation. For my own family, Disney’s Magical Express has always been the signifier of the beginning of our vacations and really put us into our “Disney mindsets” as we made our way to Walt Disney World Resort! Though Disney’s Magical Express will no longer be offered after January 1st, 2022, you may still take advantage of this service for the remainder of this year. 

    Reservations are required in order to use Disney’s Magical Express. Guests may make reservations by reaching out to (407) 939-1936. Be sure to have your flight information ready before calling so the Cast Member helping you can use this information to arrange your motorcoach ride. 

    In my experience, Disney’s Magical Express does not always show up under the “My Reservations” section of my My Disney Experience account even though I’ve reserved our ride. If you are concerned and would like to double-check that your reservation is on file, you can always reach out to the number above! 

    You should also receive a letter in the mail verifying your Disney’s Magical Express reservation prior to your departure. It is perfectly fine if you do not receive this letter or forget to grab it before your travels, though! In this event, you will likely be asked to scan your MagicBand or your smartphone containing your Disney MagicMobile pass to verify your reservation.
