I was wondering about how long it takes to get a DAS pass? Do I need to have the Magic Bands of everyone in the party when we do this?

    Hi Maija,

It shouldn't take long at all to complete the Disability Access Service process. The length of time will depend on the length of the queue. We've had mornings where we've been able to breeze through the line and others where we did need to wait a few minutes for our turn. The Cast Members at Guest Relations move as quickly as possible as they know we all want to be out having fun as soon as possible.

You will need to have the MagicBands of everyone in your party available, however, they do not need to be present. We were able to collect everyone's MagicBands and head to Guest Relations while the rest of our group shopped on Main Street, USA.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, Maija.

    Have a magical day,
