I am wondering if there is a link to purchase WDW merchandise online. I'm interested in replacing a dinosaur my son purchased a few years ago that our dog unfortunately chewed apart. He is very sad as he got this on our 1st visit to Disney..suggestions??

    Hi Ronald!

I understand your son's heartbreak and your urgency!  We had a similar situation a few months ago where we launched an exhaustive search to replace a beloved stuffed animal purchased at Walt Disney World, as well.  I'm going to give you a couple of options and hope that they help you in your search:

First, you can see if it is sold at disneystore.com in their Disney Parks Products area.  They do carry some Disney Parks merchandise, but it's not a complete selection, by any means.

Your second option would be to reach out to the friendly folks at Walt Disney World Merchandise Guest Services.  You can either call them at 1-877-560-6477, or email them at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com.  The more specific you can be about the item, the better!  If you can remember where you purchased it, that would be a big help as well!

I'm wishing you the best of luck in your quest, thank you so much for stopping by!
