Hello Bonita!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
It’s almost time for your magical visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” You’ve picked a great time to come as the crowds tend to be lighter during this time of year and the temperature in Southern California is very pleasant right now.
I’m excited to report that according to the
Entertainment Schedule on the Disneyland Resort website,
Mickey’s Mix Magic will take place on each night of your visit. This exciting extravaganza is bursting with magical song tracks and kaleidoscopic projections that turn Main Street, U.S.A., the water screens on Rivers of America and the façade of “it’s a small world” into dazzling displays of sight, sound and color. On select nights, fireworks will add a bit more pixie dust to the occasion. Make sure to download the
Disneyland App prior to your visit so you can check for showtimes each night.
On February 28, 2020, the all new
“Magic Happens” Parade will debut at Disneyland Park. It’s the park’s first new daytime parade in almost a decade! The parade will feature a delightful mix of characters and magical moments from legendary Disney stories. The Cast Member I spoke to said that until then, there's the possibility of a
Cavalcade down Main Street, U.S.A. While one is not currently listed for the dates of your visit, please continue to check the Entertainment Schedule for updates.
During your visit, make sure to travel to the Black Spire Outpost on the planet of Batuu at
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! You can fly the
Millennium Falcon on
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and sample the local cuisine at
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. My personal favorite is the Felucian Kefta & Hummus Garden Spread!
Enjoy your time at the Disneyland Resort and return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with future questions!
