I was wondering if you know if you can call to a store in the park and have Mickey Ears personalized and waiting for you when you arrive? I got them on the Disney store website 2 years ago and now they no longer do that.

    Hi Tammy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! In my opinion, Mouse Ears are a "must-have" when it comes to souvenirs at the Walt Disney World Resort. Ears can be monogrammed at The Chapeau on Main Street, U.S.A in Magic Kingdom Park, Celebrity 5 & 10 in Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Mouse Gear in Epcot.

Unfortunately, Guests are not able to call Merchandise locations in the Theme Parks to pre-order personalized Mickey Ears. However, in my experience, it has never taken longer than thirty (30) minutes at most to have Ears personalized. There have been times when I have waited as little as ten (10) minutes to have them done. If the wait ends up being a bit longer than you would like then are welcome to leave and return to pick them up after enjoying some time in the Parks.

I hope this information helps. Please visit us again if you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
