    Hello. I am just wondering what kind of information or things I would need to bring to be able to pick up an annual pass.

    Lily, activating your Walt Disney World Resort annual pass while visiting Walt Disney World Resort is quite simple. You can present your printed annual pass exchange certificate or confirmation e-mail, plus your legal photo ID at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window to activate and receive your annual pass!

    Alternatively, you can visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs with the same documentation to activate your annual pass.

    Lily, congratulations on becoming an annual passholder. As an annual passholder myself, I can tell you that the benefits are magical! I hope you enjoy being a passholder as much as I do.
