    I was wondering what kind of food is offered at the Disneyworld child care facilities. Also, is the tableware paper or plastic?

    Hi, Alex! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Having recently sent my children to both Simba’s Cubhouse at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge AND the Sandcastle Club at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, I can say with confidence that your kids will not want to leave these Children’s Activity Centers when you show up for pick-up! I just asked my children, and they said that they were served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, but they said that it was delicious! Their food selections were kid friendly and included mac & cheese, chicken drumsticks, pizza with sides of fries, fruit, veggies and a drink. Each club also served a snack later in the evening, which ranged from yogurt to crackers and more. I suggest arriving a little early as you will fill-out their meal choices and a few paperwork items before leaving your children in the friendly hands of the Cast Members!

    Although our last visit to Walt Disney World Resort was the first time that we used these Children’s Activity Centers, it most definitely will not be the last! We plan on exploring the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival next year without the kiddos and there is no better place to leave them than here.
