    Hi. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to answer the following query please?. As part of our travel package we have $200 gift card collectable from Disney Springs. Is it possible to collect prior to check in date?. Thank you.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am excited to see that you have booked your holiday to Walt Disney World to include the special offers such as a Disney Gift Card. These gift cards can be used like cash throughout the whole of the Walt Disney World Resort, at Disney owned-and-operated locations in the theme parks, the Disney Resort hotels and select locations at Disney Springs.  You can also use them to pay your room charges at any time - just visit the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel to do this.  When you receive your holiday documents from the Walt Disney Travel Company UK, or any other UK Tour Operator, you should receive a voucher for your Disney Gift Card.  Please check your travel documents carefully for details of where you can collect your gift card - for certain UK Tour Operators this has changed from Disney Springs to other locations (for example, for holidays in 2020, if you made your reservation direct with the Walt Disney Travel Company UK, you can now collect your gift card from the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel, and customers of some other major UK Tour Operators for 2020 need to meet the Holidays Representative on arrival at Orlando International Airport to collect their gift card).  For holidays in 2019, if the collection point is still at Disney Springs (at the Information Desk in World of Disney store, or at the new Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs), you will need to take your voucher, and photographic ID with you (UK Driving Licence or Passport are fine), and you can collect it at any time during your holiday, after you have checked-in to your Disney Resort hotel. 

    Disney Springs is one of my favourite places to spend my time at Walt Disney World, and you will be spoilt for choice with all the wonderful stores.  Have fun spending your Disney Gift Card!
