Hello. I was wondering if I'm able to get a dining plan on a split stay? I have 4 nights in a room near the hospitality house at OKW and then 1 night also at OKW but just a regular room. So can I get a meal plan that covers all nights?

    Hi Kathryn!

I'm excited to hear that you are getting ready for a visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Disney's Old Key West Resort will be perfect for your vacation "home". Since you are just a boat ride away from Disney Springs, be sure to take advantage of that area's dining, shopping and entertainment during your trip!

The Disney dining plans are a great way to enjoy incredible dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort while paying for the majority of your dining expenses in advance. When you add a dining plan to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, your plan is linked to your Disney Resort hotel reservation and the entitlements you receive will be based on your reservation. You will receive one set of dining entitlements for each person on your reservation (who is 3 years old and above) per night of your reservation and you will have access to your dining plan meal entitlements from your check-in date until midnight of your check-out date. This means that if you are enjoying a "split-stay" with two separate reservations, you must add a dining plan to each of your reservations in order to enjoy the dining plan for your entire trip. Unfortunately, here is no way to merge the dining plans from both reservations or to extend your dining plan to cover both reservations.

Kathryn, the Disney dining plans are still a great option for your vacation as long as you add it to both of your reservations. Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app because it's the easiest way to track and manage your dining plans, as well as all of your vacation reservations, during your trip!
