It sounds like your sister purchased and is paying for your nephew’s
Magic Key using the monthly payment plan available to Californians. Magic Key holders utilizing a monthly payment plan are able to provide a new credit or debit card number for their monthly pass payments after making the initial down payment. However, the credit card holder must be the same person who signed the Magic Key pass contract, so she is not able to transfer the monthly payments or contract obligation to you after agreeing to the terms and conditions herself.
However, Magic Key holders are allowed to pay their outstanding balance in whole or in part at any time without penalty by making an additional payment. To see if this may be an option, you and your sister can speak with a Cast Member at Magic Key Monthly Payment Guest Services by calling 1-800-410-4656. They can answer any questions you have from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
