    Hello, I was wondering if I can take a hydration backpack filled with water before entering the park. Since it is very hot out I want to make sure my boy is hydrated. thank you!

    Hi there, Martha! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question!

    Staying hydrated at the Disneyland Resort is of the utmost importance! The park rules do not prohibit hydration packs or water bottles, so feel free to bring them in. The only items related to your question that are prohibited are glass bottles. You should also know that you can obtain cups of ice water free of charge at quick service restaurants and there are several drinking fountains located throughout the parks. I once visited the Disneyland Resort when it was 103 degrees and having cold water at-hand was essential. Some other items that we relied on to stay cool included a misting fan and a special cooling towel. You wet the towel down and it would remain cool for several hours. Also, don't forget the sunscreen! Many of the attraction queues are outside so it's important to keep your skin protected.
