Hello! Wondering if you could help me retrieve pictures from a trip in Dec. 2018. Is that possible?

Hello, Louis! Thank you so much for vising us here at planDisney with your question.

Memory Maker is a great money-saver that allows you to download all your PhotoPass photos taken during your Walt Disney World Resort visit. You have 60 days to download from when your picture was taken via your My Disney Experience account under My Photos. However, since your photos are a couple of years old, they have gone into the Disney Vault and can no longer be retrieved. If you visit again in the future, it is good to remember if you need more time and are still within that 60-day window; you may purchase a 15-day extension.

    Have a magical day, Louis!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
