Hi Codi,
I can certainly offer suggestions for buffets within Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney. Although subject to change, currently
The Crystal Palace offers a buffet option at Magic Kingdom throughout the day, and
Liberty Tree Tavern will offer all-you-care-to-eat Patriot's Platters for dinner. If you're considering dining in proximity of Magic Kingdom, you should check out Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort or 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Only a monorail ride away, these two Character Dining locations are two of my family's favorite buffets. You could also consider a boat ride over to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue for classic Walt Disney World slapstick entertainment along with all-you-care-to-eat Fried Chicken, Ribs, Beans and Mashed Potatoes.
Specifically at Downtown Disney, I can direct you to a wonderful Gospel Brunch held on Sundays at
Crossroads at House of Blues. The praise, music and delicious Southern food will make the experience one to remember.
Be sure to book Advanced Dining Reservations as early as 180 days prior to your arrival. You can do so by clicking the above links directing you to the Disney Dining options, or by calling 407-WDW-DINE, 407-939-3463.
I hope my suggestions were helpful, Codi, and feel free to write me again with any follow up questions.
