We all still have a bit to learn about the new
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. I have tried convincing my husband we need to take the plunge and make a quick trip to
Walt Disney World Resort. Soon, but not soon enough.
For your question, I asked a Cast Member who told me that if your Lightning Lane pass expires, you can visit the
Guest Experiences Team to ask for assistance canceling it. You can find these fantastic Cast Members under the big blue umbrellas in the theme parks.
While I usually like anything surrounded by the big blue, I have a different option I'd suggest here. With Lightning Lane selections, time is everything. The new passes favor the early risers. If I were you, I would keep the 9:00 a.m. pass and try to get to
Turtle Talk with Crush early. Once you're in line to chat with our favorite dude, you can pick another attraction. Sweet!
If your morning isn't cruising like the totally tubular EAC, do not wait for the pass to expire. Modify it as soon as you know you will not make it in time. The earlier you change your selection, the more options you will have, and you won't have to find the Guest Experiences Team for help.
