Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! There are so many amazing places to dine at the
Walt Disney World Resort that your meat and potato loving guy would enjoy that I could go on all day listing them! That said, I narrowed it down to some top picks that are guaranteed to satisfy, as my pal Winnie The Pooh would say, a "rumbly tumbly":
Magic Kingdom:
Quick Service ~ Sleepy Hollow - The Chicken and Waffle Sandwich is a "must-eat".
Table Service ~ Liberty Tree Tavern - The New England Pot Roast is one of my husband's favorites.
Disney Hollywood Studios:
Quick Service ~ ABC Commissary - Burgers, Steak, and Fish are available on the menu.
Table Service ~ Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant or The Hollywood Brown Derby - The burgers at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant are great, and the Roast Rack of Lamb on the dinner menu at The Hollywood Brown Derby is another of my family's favorites.
Epcot:
Quick Service ~ Sunshine Seasons - Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, and wood-fired entrées make this a great spot for lunch or dinner.
Table Service ~ Le Cellier Steakhouse - Everything on the menu is delicious!
Disney Animal Kingdom Theme Park:
Quick Service ~ Flame Tree Barbecue - The Pulled Pork Sandwich is fabulous!
Table Service ~ Tusker House - "All-You-Care-To-Enjoy" buffet of yummy dishes with an African flair.
Resort Hotels:
California Grill in Disney's Contemporary Resort
Yachtsman Steakhouse in Disney's Yacht Club Resort
Artist Point in Disney's Wilderness Lodge
Advanced Dining Reservations are highly recommended for all Table Service Restaurants and can be made 180 days in advance of your Resort stay. I hope these suggestions help!
Bon Appetit,
Susan
