Hi moms! Wondering how to go about making a very specific room request due to medical. Noted a few requests during booking but need to be even more specific for DH and DD who have breathing problems. Would I email or call room assigner? Staying at GF, TY

    Hi Ashley,

Thanks for coming back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question!  I completely understand your need to ensure your room request, making sure our loved ones have what they need is what us moms do best!  My advice to you would be to call Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa directly at (407) 824-3000.  The Cast Member will be able to make another note in your file.  Please keep in mind that room requests cannot be guaranteed, however if you explain why these requests are important, you may have a better chance in securing your requests.  I would also make a note of your request when you complete the online check-in process.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance Ashley.  I would be happy to help make your "Disney Time" even more magical!
