    Just wondering if we should go to desk outside for Club level at the Poly if we do online check in? Or do we go inside? Past years we have gone to desk outside and actually checked in at the Hawaii building. Thanks!

    Hi Sheri,

    Sounds like you're going to have a great vacation! From my experience, online check in isn't really necessary for Club Level guests. Online check in is geared to help guests avoid standing in long lines. That's not really an issue when you are staying Club Level.

    I believe you will still go to the desk outside. You'll be then taken to Hawaii and checked in by the cast members there.
