We were just wondering if the GF is a kid friendly hotel? We have been to some high end hotels (off site) and they were not kid friendly! So is the GF a kid friendly place? Do people often bring their kids there?

Hi Jonathan!  I can assure you that all Walt Disney World resorts are kid friendly!  Many people choose this location for its decor and ambience.  Although it has the romantic feeling there is plenty for the younger crowd to enjoy such as the two pools, beach area, arcade, and marina.

For years our family chose this resort for its close proximity to the Magic Kingdom. When the kids grew older we moved over to the Yacht and Beach Club resorts as they were closer to the parks the kids enjoyed a bit more, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

Disney offers its guests great resort choices and according to your budget you can have a wonderful vacation at any of them!
