Wondering if getting the photo pass is worth it. I would like to have the cd from it, We are going to CRT and Chef mickey. And it looks like my mom dad friend, and moms friend are going and my 2 yr old and husband. We will be at parks with 4day park hopper

    Hi Whitney!

I'm assuming you are referring to a PhotoPass CD or PhotoPass + which can be pre-ordered before visiting Walt Disney World.  This is a really hard question as it is really guest dependent.  My family and I just returned from Walt Disney World and we had PhotoPass + on this trip.  We don't normally pre-order PhotoPass so this was a real treat for us.  We absolutely loved it.  However, we also took the time to look for PhotoPass photographers to get pictures taken; we also asked the PhotoPass photographers to take some "magic photos" of our family.  Finally, every time we went on an attraction that produces a ride photo, we made sure to stop and get that photo assigned to our PhotoPass + account.  In other words, we took the time to make PhotoPass worthwhile.

On some other trips in the past, we wanted to get some place in a hurry (such as Space Mountain in the morning) and didn't want to take the time to get our photo taken by a PhotoPass photographer.  If you don't get photos taken of your party, then there will be fewer photos that will be on the CD and thus the value will not be as great.

The bottom line is a PhotoPass CD or PhotoPass + can be of tremendous value, but you have to take the time to make it so!  Good luck with your decision, and please write back with more questions!
