    Just wondering if getting an early morning fast pass for the Safari in AK is still recommended for these colder winter months? When we went in May 2015 we were told more animals were out in the mornings but we only saw 3 or 4 animals.”

    Hi, Kelly!
    Thanks for checking back in with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I've had a chance to use an early FastPass+ for Kilimanjaro Safaris in the winter months a number of times. I have to say, some of my best experiences were during this season because the animals aren't as overheated by the Florida weather.

    That said, you can't guarantee anything when it comes to animals. Just like taking a safari trip in Africa, you never know what you're going to see! I really think you're going to be excited with the animal sightings this next time around.

    If you're ever interested in ramping up your safari experience at Disney's Animal Kingdom, I highly recommend experiencing the Wild Africa Trek experience. There is an extra cost, but of all the extras my family has experienced, this one was our favorite.
