Ahoy, Tasha, and welcome back to planDisney! I love that you’re setting sail on a
Halloween on the High Seas cruise this October! A 3-Night voyage is the perfect way to enjoy the best of Disney Cruise Line with an extra dose of festive flair.
Let’s break down the themed nights for your sailing starting on October 3rd on the Disney Wish. On night 2, after your day in Nassau, you’ll experience all that’s involved with
Pirate Night, including fireworks (weather permitting)! Get ready for high-seas hijinks, a themed dinner menu, and Characters dressed in their best pirate garb. Don’t forget, a bandana will be waiting in your stateroom to help you get into the swashbuckling spirit, but feel free to bring your own pirate gear to fit in with the crew.
Then on night 3, following your sun-soaked day at Castaway Cay, get ready for the not-so-scary fun of Mousequerade! The dinner theme for the night is casual, but this is also the night to break out your Halloween best, if you so choose. Costumes are encouraged (just be sure they follow Disney’s costume guidelines), and themed treats may even appear throughout the evening, so come prepared for magic and mischief.
If you want to immortalize your memories from both theme nights, plan to visit one of the
onboard photographers before or after dinner to get a photo of your family all dressed up. If you have a
DisneyBand+, just show it to the photographer before posing and you can view all your cruise photos in one place. Speaking of, don’t forget to download and use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to check out your photos and "favorite" the Disney Friends you want to meet (the app will then remind you 15 minutes before the greeting times begin).
Wishing you a cruise full of sweet surprises, pirate swagger, and just the right amount of spooky sparkle! With themed treats, spellbinding décor, and your favorite Characters in costume, you’re in for a truly boo-tiful time at sea! If any more questions creep in before embarkation day, don’t hesitate to make your way back to us again here at
planDisney.
Happy haunting, and have a fa-boo-lous time at sea!
