I was wondering if there was a fee for changing a reservation. We have booked a room and may take our neices and nephews and stay in one of the cabins.

First, check to make sure that a cabin at Fort Wilderness is available for your dates! Then ask your reservation to be modified from your current room to a cabin.

Did you book a package? For cancellations made 44 days or less prior to guest arrival, there is a cancellation fee of $200 per package. No refunds are given for cancellation of a Grand Gathering experience made 6 days or less prior to the experience date. Vacation insurance is nonrefundable.

For a change made 44 days or less prior to guest arrival that results in a change in the package price, a change fee of $50 per package.

For a room only reservation (you booked only a room and will or did purchase tickets separately): To receive a full refund of your deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.

To cancel or modify an existing reservation, contact your Travel Agent or call 407-W-DISNEY. The cancellation and refund policy is subject to change.

Your nieces and nephews are lucky to have you considering a WDW trip for them!!
