Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melanie! FastPass+ reservations are a great way to skip the line and get straight to the fun! My family always remembers to book our initial three passes per day, each day of our visit. And to answer your question, yes! You can modify a FastPass+ at any time.
If, say, your daughter makes a
FP+ reservation for Tower of Terror, and then wilts at the thrill of a falling sensation, you can modify the reservation. Simply pull up your FastPass+ reservations and click on it to MODIFY the reservation to CHANGE PARTY. You can then select your other daughter and no one has to trade anything but a place on the ride. Make sure that both your daughters have a valid ticket to enter the park, otherwise, using a spare MagicBand will not work because it doesn’t have a valid ticket attached to it and therefore modifying a FastPass+ reservation will not work either! The
MagicBand itself is unique to you and only you are authorized to access the benefits associated with it—including linked tickets, FastPass+ experiences, etc. Once a MagicBand is linked to your
My Disney Experience account, it cannot be transferred to another person.
If I can help you choose FastPass+ reservations that might suit everyone in your party, please return to ask another question. Using a pass to secure great seats at
Festival of the Lion King is a great use of them, too! Have a magical vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
