Welcome to planDisney, Josie! Your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the river bend and I'm sure you're excited to get to the magic as quickly as possible! With that in mind, let's go over all the details for securing and
linking your tickets so you're ready to tap into the theme parks!
If your ticket requires you to pick it up at Will Call you can visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or any of the ticket booth windows outside each of the four theme parks to retrieve your tickets. This can be done any time after purchase, including the day before your planned visit to the parks!
Keep in mind, Josie, that if you purchased your tickets online through your My Disney Experience account, they may already be linked and not require an additional stop. If your tickets are digitally connected, you will find them by visiting your
My Disney Experience mobile app and selecting the
Tickets and Passes tile. From here, your tickets will populate along with an option to save them to your digital wallet. If you do not see them, or they require activation or a visit to Will Call, you're welcome to go as soon as you arrive to the Walt Disney World Resort to save time entering the parks the next day!
I hope this helps, Josie, and I hope you enjoy your visit! Be sure to sample some of the
fall-themed sweets and treats while you're there - I can't wait to sample the Chicken Adobo Nachos at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort when I visit next month!
See you real soon,
Alison
