I was wondering how far in advance can I book our second trip to Disney World? We want to go next February for our daughter's birthday. Is the weather usually good that time of year? Last time we went in June it rained every day. Thanks,

    Hello Wendy,

It's wonderful to hear you are planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  What a fun way to celebrate your daughter's special day!

February is a beautiful time to visit, but no matter the time of year Florida weather can be a bit unpredictable. We've been blessed with perfect weather and have froze our fannies both in February. You should also find the crowds much lighter than June as well. Disney usually opens up next year's packages for booking in the summer, so keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the announcement. I also recommend checking out the Special Offers page once they have opened booking to see if they have added any discounts to your traveling dates.

The only other tip I might add is that Disney's Princess Half Marathon Weekend is usually held at the end of February and it can bring quite a crowd to the resort during the event.

Please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with in planning your next magical vacation.

    Pixie Dust,
