    Hi - I was wondering if you ever got a follow up from Disney cruise line on the branding or manufacturer where the fold down sofa bed can be purchased. My family agrees it is a great setup and would be used in our household.

    Hello, Daniel,

    I've been trying to "Dig a Little Deeper" to, hopefully, answer this question. When I feel like I'm "Almost There," I have a feeling that "This gonna be good!"

    Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line Shoreside Guest Services has not yet found the answer to who the manufacturer of the fold-down sofa beds on the ships is and shared that with me. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you yet, Daniel. But, as Dr. Facilier said, "This is just a minor setback in a major operation."

    I'm determined to seek as many opportunities as possible to personally research the answer to this question. So I've booked upcoming cruises on the Disney Treasure this fall and the Disney Wonder this winter. Some of my planDisney pals are currently campaigning to have a group of us sail the Mediterranean aboard the Disney Dream next summer. I'm hopeful those trips will afford me enough chances to find out!

    Speaking of the Shadow Man, I'm especially looking forward to visiting one of his acquaintances: Tiana! Her restaurant on the Disney Wonder, Tiana's Place, is my favorite Disney restaurant anywhere. A special tip I'd like to share is to ask your serving team about the daily drink specials. For a modest charge, you can enjoy the special drink of the day, or even specialty drinks themed to the current main dining room. My favorite is the specialty drink for children available in Tiana's Place. That's because we can usually request an optional straw clip such as the light-up lightning bug Ray clips my family has been collecting lately. It's a fun and affordable souvenir to remember our Disney cruise vacation.
