Hello, I was wondering if I can enter any park with an expired ID due to the fact that COVID 19 has delayed my new one

Hi Maricela, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you came by with your question. Let's get your plans together so you can get back to dreaming about all the fun you'll be having at the Walt Disney World Resort!

When it's time to hit the Theme Parks, you'll need a valid ticket or Annual Pass and a Disney Park Pass reservation for the Park you plan to visit each day. As long as you have those two things, you won't need an ID to enter the Parks. You may need an ID to pick up your tickets if you ordered them online and received an email confirmation. In that case, I'd explain the situation to the Guest Services Cast Member and maybe bring some extra form of ID along, too.

Of course, if you're traveling to Florida by plane, the airlines do have ID requirements that you'll want to check into before your trip.

Maricela, it looks like you'll be here in April, which is a beautiful time to visit! My family just got home from a weekend stay, and let me tell you, the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is absolutely breathtaking right now. Also, I tried the Traditional Sicilian Cannoli at the Primavera Kitchen, and Mamma Mia! It was love at first bite. I can't wait to go back and have it again!

I hope this helps you have a magical visit to Walt Disney World, Maricela. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
