    Hi. I was just wondering how early the parks are decorated for Christmas - are they in holiday mode before Thanksgiving? Or is it decorated FOR Thanksgiving? We are considering a visit in mid-November but would love to catch the holiday decor!

    Hi Deb,

    Good news, the parks and resorts begin there holiday transformation right after Halloween!!  If you are planning for mid-November the parks will be decked in full holiday swing and it is stunning!! If you can you need to stop in at the Grand Floridian to see the giant gingerbread house, it is out of this world!

    Also happening during that time, is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and that is a fun filled night that will get you into the holiday spirit!!
