    Just wondering if the DVC resorts will key a new magic band that you buy and bring to them? Also will the non-DVC Disney resorts do this also? Will they give you hard card keys if you request them? Thank you much

    Oh Boy! Tomorrow you are arriving at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Make sure to grab a specialty-themed treat found in the 50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide, while you enjoy the all-new nighttime spectaculars Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT.

    So many gadgets and gizmos aplenty at Walt Disney World! And one of my all-time favorites is MagicBands. I literally match my MagicBands to my outfits like most do shoes. Hakuna Matata, you have many options to link your new MagicBands bought prior to or on your vacation. In your, My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "My Profile." Choose "MagicBands & Cards" followed by "Link a MagicBand or Card." You will enter the serial number associated with your shiny new purchase.

    Any Walt Disney World Resort front desk will be happy to assist you in linking your MagicBand, setting your pin number, and credit card purchases. While at the resort lobby, you may request a hard room key for entry only to your room. You may also visit Guest Relations at any of the four theme parks should you need assistance as well.

    Please be aware starting Friday, Walt Disney World Resort is hosting the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. In the morning hours, road closure may affect your travel time to the theme parks. I recommend allowing yourself extra time to reach your destination.
