Hey there, Courtney! Welcome back to planDisney and Welcome Home, my DVC neighbor! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with such a great question. I love chatting with a fellow Member!
Courtney, aren't the
newly enhanced Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa absolutely stunning?! They're ... they're ... supercalifragilisticexpealidocious! The new Resort Studios, Deluxe Studios, One, Two, and Three-Bedroom Villas are all so gorgeous and elegant, yet welcoming and comfortable. As a Mary Poppins fan, I adore the subtle Mary Poppins touches. When I first saw the new Villas, Mary Poppins would have told me, "Close your mouth, please, Mandy. We are not a codfish." Now, spit spot! Let's get to your question.
I think you will be happy to hear that the oh-so-convenient full-size Murphy beds have been added to all of the
Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, including the One-Bedroom Villas. The only room type that does not have a Murphy bed is the new Resort Studio. One of my favorite things about the renovated DVC Resorts is the addition of the pull-down Murphy beds. At the end of a long Disney day, nothing beats just pulling down the bed to fall right into it and then easily lifting it out of the way to enjoy your living room in the morning. Sweet dreams, Courtney!
Courtney, did you see Chef Joey at
Gasparilla Island Grill creating
his delicious Italian sandwich on the
Disney Parks Instagram page?! It looked incredible, so be sure to stop by, give it a try and tell him hi!
I hope this was helpful, Courtney, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable summer vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop by any time with any vacation planning or DVC questions you may have along the way.
Everything is possible, even the impossible,
Mandy
