hello, wondering if a double side by side stroller for twins is a wise choice for the parks. Is monorails, buses and entrance ways big enough for it to fit through? Great for sleeping but inconvient in other ways??

    Hi Craig!

You'll see a wide variety of strollers throughout the parks.  In my non-scientific opinion, the number of side-by-side versus front-to-back models is roughly equal.  We've always used a side-by-side to avoid the "who sits in the front versus back" fight!

If you use a model at home that your children are comfortable in and maneuvers well, I'd stick with it for the parks.  My biggest stroller "requirements" for Disney trips are good-sized canopies (for the sun), the ability to recline (for naps) a decent basket (for "the park bag"), and finally a cup holder (for moms beverage)!

When you enter the park, strollers go through a joint wheelchair/stroller gate (there are lots of these, not just one), and side-by-side models can fit on the monorails and boats fine.  You will have to fold any stroller (single or double) to board the buses, as this is a legal requirement.  You shouldn't have any problems with a standard, side-by-side stroller.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation!
