Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney this week!

Thanks to the theme park reservation system, the Disneyland Resort carefully manages park attendance. I live in Northern California, and I always visit the Disneyland Resort on weekends. My latest visits were very enjoyable, and it never felt too crowded.

My husband and I are also learning to take advantage of Genie+, which helps us maximize our time inside the theme parks even at busier moments like late mornings or Saturday evenings.

Writing from a personal perspective, my best advice for you is to plan your trip including tools like Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes if you're visiting during a school break. If you're visiting on a calmer week, you can choose to purchase Genie+ or an Individual Lightning Lane after your first park day.
