It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kelsey! Are you so excited that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up in just a few days?
Resort Hotel hopping is one of my favorite things to do when I'm on vacation so I'm glad to hear that you've planned some time for that as well. Exploring the Resort Hotels on the monorail loop is so much fun because it couldn't be easier to get around between them. You can find some of my favorite cocktails at the lounges and bars inside these Resort Hotels so make sure to stop by the lounge at
California Grill at
Disney's Contemporary Resort,
Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and
Enchanted Rose at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa to find your new favorites!
Parking at Resort Hotels is reserved for guests who are staying there and guests with dining reservations so you will not be able to park your car there in order to use the
monorail. If you're starting your journey off of Disney property then the best place to park your car is at the Transportation and Ticket Center. You'll be able to take the monorail from there to
Magic Kingdom Park,
Epcot, or any of the Resort Hotels I already mentioned! If you're already at a Theme Park you can take the bus to a Resort Hotel or use any of the other forms of
complimentary transportation that are offered to get to somewhere with a monorail stop so you can jump on and ride it.
I hope this answers your questions, Kelsey, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
Jessica
