    Hi there...I was wondering I will be in Disney Jan 4-9th 2014. My question is will the castle have all the christmas lights up? and when do they start taking down the Christmas decore? Thanks.

    Hi there Sandy,

    I am so excited to hear that you'll be kicking off 2014 in style with a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!  I can't think of a better way to ring in a new year!  The Holiday decorations will begin disappearing in early January, but there's a great chance you'll arrive in time to see them before their hiatus!

    I usually travel to Disney that same week each year to celebrate my birthday and it's such a perfect time to visit!  The temperatures are great, the crowds are low, and I love the fact that I'm usually able to catch that tail end of the holiday season!
