    Wondering if the Disney Dream still offers a drawing class? We always enjoyed doing the Animation class at Hollywood Studios before they stopped it. Thanks!

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your question put a huge smile on my face. Over the years, my family has had the privilege of seeing multiple presentations onboard various Disney Cruises given by Don "Ducky" Williams, animator and illustrator for The Walt Disney Company. During the presentations, he'd share the story of how he got started working for Disney and while he was talking, effortlessly draw page after page of Disney Characters! At the end of each presentation, they'd hold a raffle for the opportunity to win one of his drawings and we won one! That's just one of the many magical moments that happened while sailing the high seas that I cherish dearly.

    I'm so excited to share with you that on our last Disney Cruise aboard the Disney Dream, they did offer an animation class for adults as well as a class called "Disney Animation: Creating a Character" that was offered to smaller cruisers (ages 3 to 12 years of age) in the Youth Club, Disney's Oceaneer Lab. Although schedules are always subject to change, hopefully both classes will be offered during your upcoming voyage, too!
