Hi, Kimberly!
This is a great question!
As the 2013
Dining Plan details are finalized, you'll notice more and more restaurants being added to the PDF to which you refer in your question. On the flipside, I've noticed once or twice that, when the new year arrives, one lonely restaurant that IS on the Dining Plan and IS on the PDF does NOT show that it's on the Dining Plan on the website. In those cases, it's always been an oversite, easily fixed.
When in doubt, I call the always-helpful Cast Members at Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE and ask them to double-check a restaurant's participation for me. I also always go ahead and make my reservation for a restaurant that I know I'd like to try, but may not yet be listed on the website or PDF, so that I'll have the reservation time that I want as the date gets closer (and the restaurant is later added to the list.)
Regarding what Guests are entitled to at Table Service Restaurants, refer to the Dining Plan PDF for specifics. In short, Guests are entitled to one non-alcoholic beverage, one entree and one dessert, using one TS entitlement. This means that at a buffet, everything is included. At a non-buffet location, the entree and the side dishes that are listed on the menu as accompanyments are included as well. Guests may purchase additional items, if they so choose, such as an appetizer, an additional a la carte side or a glass or wine.
We really love the value that the Dining Plan offers my family, especially if we book some of our favorite restaurants or discover a new gem, too. You'll love it!
