    Hi! I was wondering what the discount is for rooms and merchandise with an annual pass? I am planning our family trip for next year and trying to figure out if the annual pass would be worth it for us? Thank you!

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. My family and I have Annual Passes to Walt Disney World, and we love being able to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks whenever we want to! The extra benefits such as discounts are wonderful also.

    Currently, merchandise discounts for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are about 10% at select merchandise locations at Walt Disney World. Please note that there are some locations that do not participate in this discount, and there are others that may offer a slightly higher discount. I simply inquire anytime I am making a merchandise purchase at Walt Disney World if an Annual Passholder discount is available. 

    As for room discounts, there is not a standard discount offered to Annual Passholders at all times. These are released as Special Offers at Walt Disney World. If you visit the link that I provided, you can see that currently there are special Annual Passholder discounts for rooms in both spring and summer of 2016, and discount rates may vary.

    Please do note that all Annual Passholder benefits are subject to change.
