MagicBand+ can be a bit tricky when it comes to accidental linking. Your best bet is to reach out to the Cast Members at the Internet Help Desk either via phone call to the
phone number for "My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+, or through the chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website. They're like fairy godmothers of problem-solving and can work some magic to help fix this situation for you.
If you aren’t able to get this sorted in advance of your vacation, Guest Relations is always available once on-site to help you troubleshoot this issue. If you don’t already have one, consider picking up a new MagicBand+ during your stay. Linking this to your
My Disney Experience account has become a bit easier and we love all of the functionality of the MagicBand+. Our favorite is the interactive experiences where you can unlock special effects and activate hidden surprises in certain areas of the Theme Parks.
Now, speaking of your vacation, visiting during the summer months is always a blast! There's so much fun happening, and the hours are often extended, giving you even more time to explore all the enchanting attractions.
