Hello, welcome to planDisney! Thank you for trusting us to help with your daughter’s 4th birthday visit. Kaila, I love a good deal and am always hunting for the next one.
Celebrating your child’s birthday at the
Walt Disney World Resort is such an amazing experience. Not only from the child’s perspective, but also from a parent’s perspective. The one thing I will always recommend for birthday celebrations is getting a celebration pin as soon as you arrive. When you are checking into your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel let the cast member know you will be celebrating your daughter‘s birthday on this visit. They will hand you a celebrating pin, and wearing it during your trip is a great idea. All the cast members that see it will wish your daughter a happy birthday, and in some cases a little extra pixie dust may spread her way.
Staying inside the magic at a Disney Resort is the best way to immerse yourself after your park day is complete. Finding the perfect resort for the little lady is going to be important, and so is making sure it fits your budget. The first place I always search is the
Special Offers page. This is where you can find discounts for hotel stays for
Annual Passholders, and Florida residents. You can also find offers for military families, as well as any family coming to visit Walt Disney World. Upon checking the website there currently are no offers through October, not unless you are a military family. But there’s no need to worry, those offers usually come up a little later in the year. You will just need to keep an eye on the Special Offers page, and any new offers that come up 30 days before your arrival can usually be applied by
calling in for assistance. I would recommend finding that dream resort and booking it without an offer so that you have your days set for your visit.
There are a couple of special ways to plan to celebrate this birthday. If you plan on having a cake,
Amorette’s Patisserie has birthday cakes that can be ordered and delivered to participating restaurants. You will be able to make advanced dining reservations for the restaurants up to 60 days in advance of your stay. And Amorette’s encourages you to order up to 30 days in advance and a minimum of 48 hours in advance is required for cake orders.
I hope this information helps you plan this magical celebration for your soon to be four-year-old. If you were looking for any other magical planning tips, visit us again anytime at

Have a magical stay,
