Payment dates are specific to each Magic Key holder. Details about your monthly payment contract can be found in your Magic Key purchase confirmation email. Look for an email from dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com in your inbox or email archive. If you need to
make a payment or update the payment method associated with your Magic Key monthly payment account, you may call (800) 410-4656. Cast Members are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
To maintain a valid Magic Key, it is important to remain current with monthly payments, even during periods when a
Magic Key pass may be blocked. If payments are not current, Magic Key holders may be prevented from making new
theme park reservations. Magic Key holders must also show up for park reservations made or cancel them by 11:59 PM the day before to keep their passes in good standing. Failing to show up for park reservations may result in a
temporary restriction for making new park reservations. To check the status of any existing theme park reservations, visit the "

Tony’s Tip: Did you know that your
Magic Key holder discounts may be valid even when visiting the Disneyland Resort on a blockout date? You can take advantage of those savings at dining and shopping locations in the
Downtown Disney District and at the
Disneyland Resort Hotels. Magic Key holders who reside in California with a pass that is blocked during the Summer may also be interested in purchasing the
Summer 2022 California Resident 3-Day Ticket. Discounts may be used even when visiting the theme parks using a different
theme park admission.
