I was wondering what days are Gradnite for Disneyland and California adventure 2025 so I can plan my trip accordingly. Thank you!

Greetings, Anissa, and welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to share information about Grad Nite, a tradition at the Disneyland Resort. Typically held on select dates in May and June, Grad Nite is a nighttime park celebration for high school students featuring special food, music, character encounters, photo backdrops, and more.

It looks like this year's Grad Nite dates are scheduled for May 9, 12, 18, 21, 22, 27, 28, and 30, 2025, as well as June 1, 4, 6, 8, 11, and 13, 2025. Based on previous years, it can be expected that California Adventure will close at 9 p.m. on these dates for the special event. Generally, park hours are posted around 60 days in advance on a rolling basis. I suggest checking the Hours & Events Calendar in March to see details for May.

Anissa, did you know that the 70th Anniversary Celebration begins on May 16, 2025? Suppose you are able to head to the Disneyland Resort a few days later than planned. In that case, you'd be there as the festivities kick off. It will be an exciting time with unique entertainment, colorful decorations, food and drinks, collectible merchandise, and more. I can't wait for the much-anticipated return of the Paint the Night Parade, which features more than one million colorful lights.

I hope this information makes your arrival at the Disneyland Resort as smooth as a Magic Carpet Ride! If you have any other questions ahead of your visit, please let us know. We're always happy to help.
