    Wondering if any of your cruise ships offe dialysis services?

    Hi Melissa, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

    I’ve unfortunately had to visit the Health Center on one of my previous Disney Cruise Line voyages. While it was a bummer to be sick while we were on vacation, I’m happy to say that I was very impressed by the service we received while we were onboard; we felt better in no time flat!

    That said, from what I understand, Disney Cruise Line ships do not offer dialysis machines for Guests to use during their sailing. I have heard, however, that sometimes portable dialysis machines have been allowed onboard, under certain conditions. If that’s a possibility for you, then I would highly recommend that you reach out to Disney Cruise Line by email or by phone in order to see what Special Services might be available for you.
