I believe the covered parking you're referring to is the Fantasy Garage. This garage is primarily used for valet parking and is not typically available for self-parking. There are occasions throughout the year when it may be used as overflow self-parking if the uncovered lot reaches capacity. If covered parking is important to you, valet parking would be your best option to consider.
Once you're situated with parking at the Disneyland Hotel, I highly recommend grabbing breakfast at
Tangaroa Terrace! Located just next to Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar, Tangaroa Terrace offers a tropical flair to their meals. My favorite was the tropical pancakes, which have mouthwatering passion fruit curd poured on top. Speaking of mornings, my favorite tip is to grab coffee or a quick bite at
