I am wondering if there is a contact number or e-mail for me to get in touch with somebody helping me plan my families Disney trip? We are looking at visiting March 15th thru the 19th? Thank you

    Hi Amanda!

Welcome to planDisney! Let the happiness begin! I can imagine the excitement in your family as you begin to plan your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.

To reach a friendly Cast Member who can help you book your vacation, call 407-939-5277 or visit the contact us page for additional contact information. Before you call, it might help if you have reviewed the types of resort hotel, ticket options, and vacation packages that are offered. We have stayed at value, moderate, deluxe, and deluxe villa resorts. Although we prefer deluxe and deluxe villa resorts because of the fantastic amenities they offer, we choose value resorts when we need a more budget friendly option!

With standard theme park tickets, you will need to decide how many days you plan to visit the parks. We typically do at least five park days so that we can visit one park twice during our visit. We also select our resort hotel based on location. When we want to have access to the monorail, we stay at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. When we want to be able to walk to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios, we love to stay at Disney's BoardWalk Inn or Disney's BoardWalk Villas.

To get a sense of pricing, you can also check online prior to your phone call. Just enter the dates of your visit, number of guests, and ages of any children that might be traveling with you. If there are multiple Special Offers applicable to the dates of your visit, you can also check online to compare those prices. Or, a Cast Member can help you over the phone.

Once you have that vacation package booked, be sure to create a My Disney Experience account and link your vacation package in that account. Then, use the Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations. Once you are 60 days prior to your trip, make advanced dining reservations and you will be all set!

Amanda, be sure to check the operational updates as you prepare for your visit as procedures could change. Keep doing your research to get ready for your next Incredible Disney Day

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
