Hey there, hi there, Lindy! Welcome to planDisney. You stopped by the right place for your planning question. We are here to help!
I am so excited to see that you will be visiting Disneyland Resort soon, and you are thinking about a
dining package. I love the opportunity for a great meal with the added perks of being able to walk up to a special viewing area for nighttime entertainment. For dining packages, there are no separate viewing areas for those on ECVs or mobility scooters. Your party will all be in the same viewing area. For example, I know
Fantasmic! Viewing areas are designed to be able to accommodate scooters. Typically, you see that scooters are placed towards the back of the viewing area on a slight incline because those in the front of the viewing area will be sitting on the ground. I recommend being at the viewing area a little earlier and chatting with a Cast Member about your options, as they can always change.
I recommend taking a look at the
Accessibility page, as well as the Services for
Guests with Mobility Disabilities page. This will give you a great oversight of what to expect for accommodations and the options for attractions. Hopefully, by getting an overview of all of this information, it will help your visit go smoothly, knowing what to expect. There are also Guest Relations kiosks located throughout the parks with Cast Members ready to assist and answer questions.
Lindy, thanks so much for stopping by! We are always here to help if you have more questions for us!
