Hi. I was wondering about the concierge option at the California grand at Disneyland . Is it really worth it? My family includes 3 adults and one child. Thanks

    Hi, Irene!

It sounds like you have a wonderful family vacation planned! Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is my favorite resort property, and we stay there often. Stepping into the luxuriously grand, yet warm and inviting lobby always feels like coming home to me.

Club Level (concierge) rooms offer various upgraded amenities, including access to the hotel’s exclusive lounge, the Craftsman’s Club. It offers a continental breakfast bar, beverages and snacks throughout the day, an evening wine and cheese reception, after-dinner desserts and other extras. Although there is an extra nightly fee (charged for each room, not per person) for Club Level accommodations, many families find it’s worth the extra money because they are able to each breakfast and/or lunch in the lounge and in turn save money they would have normally spent to eat those meals in the parks. Plus, the extra magical service and access to concierge planning assistance for meals and tours is an added bonus that makes for an even more personalized experience.

I hope this information is helpful, Irene, and that your family enjoys a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the Disneyland Resort! Please visit me again with any other questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
