Hi, I was wondering if I take the complimentary shuttle from all star movie resort to magic kingdom, does that take me to the ticket counter or straight to the entrance? I need to go to the counter first to verify fl residency.

    Hi Debie!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Disney Transport system is a fantastic way to relax and let someone else do the driving, taking you all around Walt Disney World Resort.  Disney buses will collect you from Disney's All-Star Movies Resort and drive you to any of the four theme parks: Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, the two water parks, and Disney Springs.  Buses will typically start running approximately 45 minutes before theme park opening times, giving you plenty of time to get there before the park opens.  Take a look at this map of Magic Kingdom Park - find the entrance, then look to the far right of that - you will see where the buses stop, and you can also locate the Guest Relations window (marked by a blue "i") which is just to the right of the entrance, before you enter the touchpoints with your park ticket or MagicBand.  After being dropped at the bus stop, you will need to walk past Guest Relations before you reach the entrance.

It's worth noting that the buses will start running 45 minutes before park opening, including when the parks open for Extra Magic Hours.  If you wish to visit Disney Springs from any theme park, there is a one-way bus service that operates between 4.00pm-11.00pm, but buses will run from your Disney Resort hotel to Disney Springs throughout the day.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
