I am wondering what the check in time frame is for dining reservations. For example, I have a 6:05 pm reservation at the Crystal Palace. If we run late at what point are we too late for our reservation. Thank you!

    Hi Sharon!

It is best to arrive 15 minutes prior to your advance dining reservation. Each dining location has its own set of policies, however if you arrive 15 or 20 minutes past your reservation time, you may be asked to wait on "stand by" until a table opens up. You may be waiting quite some time as those with reservations will be taken ahead of you.

I hope this answer was helpful, Sharon, and enjoy your character dining experience at The Crystal Palace!

    Best wishes,
