Hello, I was wondering if we could check out of a Disney World hotel for 1 or 2 days and check back into the Disney World Hotel for another 4 days? We want to check out a couple places outside of the Disney World.

    Hi Axel,

You can certainly stay at a Walt Disney World Resort for a couple of days, check out to travel outside of Walt Disney World, and then check back in. However, it will be two separate reservations that you will need to make. I would actually recommend staying at two different Walt Disney World Resorts during your vacation, maybe even stay in a Deluxe Resort during the second leg of your Disney vacation. Each resort has its own unique theme, so it's fun to stay in different locations.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
